@J OM @Cynthia & @Nyla - When I became a vegetarian in 1979, with the lack of appropriate food alternatives in restaurants, I didn't want to spend 2 hours eating 5 or 6 iceberg lettuce salads to try and fill-up, so opted for the occasional fish dish. In the last few years, I've almost entirely stoped eating cheese, which isn't easy to do in Wisconsin, the Dairy State. People expect you to say (and eat) cheese, even if they aren't taking your picture. And even though I'm close to our state fair, I can't enter, as they deep fry everything except for your admission ticket.
