    I am getting close to the goal of project 155. I am now at 158. It's good progress from 174 in the middle of January!

    The long skiing trips this winter make me burn alot of kcal. And I have lost a few kilos as well. Especially after starting with the pocket nazi.

    I'm still doing the pocket nazi routine, and it seems to work. I am becoming smaller and my feet are rapid like the rabbit.

    This sounds really exiting Per :-) 70 sounds like the optimal place to be for you :-) No more no less. Go for it. My goal is 75 kg. No more no less. And I want to be as close to it as possible for the physical challanges during this year. But it is a journey to get there, and I do not expect to reach all the way down to 75 kg this year. But I will try.

    With the help of the The Pocket Nazi (aka MyFitnessPal iPhone app) and Endomondo, I am now heading straight for the finishing line of Project 155 (known as Project 70 in Europe and other metric system territories).
