Emily Post was born and raised in Ohio, USA. Emily has obtained a wealth of knowledge throughout her educational journey in academia. She has also gained a plethora of knowledge with hands on personal training in the field. In terms of his educational background, she has a Bachelor of Science, Master’s, and PhD in the Exercise Science/Physiology field. Emily is a certified personal trainer (ACSM-CPT) and certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA-CSCS). Her research and teaching primarily involves strength and conditioning in collegiate athletes and general benefits of exercise in people with Down syndrome. Emily has used her experience to help better the lives of many individuals throughout her teaching, mentorship, research, and personal training realm.
