Tammy has over 15 years of experience working in the fitness industry at local gyms and community centers, as well as at a yoga retreat facility and a yoga teacher training program. She brings a holistic approach to her training and also focuses on body positivity with her clients. Tammy's background includes programming for specialized populations such as third age and pre and post natal clientele. Outside of the gym she enjoys sharing her healthy lifestyle knowledge through writing articles and has authored a yoga teacher training anatomy manual.
