================Rules====================
(Rule 1) If you are less than 1000 Calories at the end of the challenge you're a "Rotten Egg".
(Rule 2) Enjoy yourself and be nice to each other, which includes logging only legitimate & accurate workouts and correcting any errors as soon as you can.
================Notes====================
(Note 1) k represents 1000, eg 5k = 5000.
(Note 2) There is no egg award between rotten and wooden, this is by design, a rotten egg is a bad thing, whereas all other eggs are good things. So if you are over 1k then you're not a rotten egg/bad thing anymore
(Note 3) Step Counters http://goo.gl/UhVEc
(Note 4) Cheating, Endomondo's own official challenges do little to nothing about the issue of cheating. If anyone is ever removed it’s fairly rare, albeit they will check you over if you are drawn for a prize. These Rotten egg challenges are setup and run entirely by me. Please don’t expect me to be superman, am not judge and juror and I can’t monitor thousands of people!
In the past I have worked hard to address the issue by removing people (Something I did everyday) but given it’s a public challenge removing them does not prevent them re-entering immediately (Something they did everyday) However I have also removed people incorrectly and used very poor judgement. In truth there is no 100% method of suggesting or proving someone is cheating other than world record busting times but even then that could be an unintentional and unnoticed GPS error. Suspicion is not acceptable as proof so please stop looking at your neighbours and re focus on your own achievements. Even if every other person was cheating it won’t affect the egg you earn or the total you, yourself achieve
You are very welcome to post links to other challenge's and or ask me to promote your challenge if its interesting, however please don't spam my comments board repeatedly with links to the same challenge as your not leaving any space for users to comment.

    Caught the post button. As I was saying to achieve a sustained effort of 4000Cal per hour is impossible for normal people I would suggest he checks his figures.

    I'm not sure where Aziz got his energy usage figures from but the app gives about 400 to 500 Cal for a 30min run.

    This challenge was always calories from the start and I wont be changing that, distance wont work as many sports don't cover distance. If Km is your thing then I do have another challenge for that and all running sports. And yes I agree the cal calculation isn't the best but your only up against yourself in the end.

    Aziz: Another point is that a 2000 kcal estimate for a 30 min workout is likely very, very flawed, even for a world class athlete, unless the person is a veritable giant. A more common estimate is about 1000 kcal/hour for a reasonably hard run, for example..One further point is that the 2000-2500 kcal/day estimate does not include hard exercise, usually, although it likely includes moderate day-to-day activity. So if you are doing some heavy training, your energy consumption will indeed be increased, and you can either use this to lose some extra weight, or increase your intake, at your choice

    Aziz: Since this challenge does include all kinds of sports, it would not make sense to count it by km rather than calories, though the amount of calories might be calculated and not 100% accurate. How would you be able to take into account sports like yoga, badminton, aerobics e.g.? I this this as a fun indication of how active I am, rather than an exact meausurement of my activities :)
