Warm up personally, and add some acceleration to it. Joing friday club race, the KBKB. Steady peloton in the beginning @SH, but then attack starts to come. Stay as a good boy at the peloton, until the last 3 KM, and do a serious attack! Hold the peloton for that 3 KM, but fail to hold it 10 meter longer to the finish line. LOL. Finish 5th.
