    Ieradumus ir grūti mainīt. Nav tā, ka es to daru tikai nesen - esmu skrējis vēlos vakaros/naktīs kopš laika gala. Šķiet tas ir labāk kā neskriet vispār (Andri :D)

    Man labāk no rītiem patīk skriet, vakarā kad izskrien vajag ilgi, lai aizmigtu.

    Bieži aizmiegu labi, vakar viss bija ok. Ir kad nevaru aizmigt un ir kad nevaru aizmigt pat, ja neesmu skrējis. Biežāk gan ir 1. un 3. Un kad ir 3., tad ir tāda sajūta, ka labāk jau būtu gājis skriet ne gulēt. Grūti aizmigt man bija agrāk, kad bija divi vidējas-augstas intensitātes treniņi otrajā dienas daļā. Drīz nāks intervāli, tad skatīšos izjūtas un miega ietekmi, bet kopumā problēmas ir - atzīstu :D
