• Physical Products (Dropshipping Items): Returns for physical products can be initiated within 10-30 days after delivery, depending on the supplier. The exact return period for each product will be detailed on the respective product page.

Return Process

For Digital Products

As mentioned, we do not accept returns for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed. Please reach out to us within 7 days if you experience any technical difficulties with your purchase.

For Physical Products

Refund Process

Physical Products:

• Refunds for physical products will be processed after the return is received, typically within 10-14 business days. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the purchase price of all returned items.

Exchanges

Digital Products

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. If there is an error or issue, we will provide a corrected version or a refund.

Physical Products

• If you received a wrong or defective item, we will send you a replacement without the need to return the original item.
• Product Not as Described: If the product does not match the description, we will send you a replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
• Wrong Quantity: If there is an issue with the quantity of the product, we will provide a replacement and no return of the original item will be necessary.

Damaged or Defective Products

For Physical Products:

• If your package is lost by the courier, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital Products: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Physical Products:

• Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.
