Ben Dillon is a certified musculoskeletal therapist and personal trainer who specializes in injury management, exercise rehabilitation, and exercise prescription. He has been working within health and wellness for 15 years in gyms, studios, clinics, and sporting clubs treating people from all areas of life. His passion for injury management began when he sustained injuries to his knees, ankles, and shoulder from sport (17 years of basketball). As he navigated his injuries, he began helping others recover from injury while helping them become stronger using resistance training.
